बहुमंजिला खेती के फायदे

    1. बहुमंजिला खेती से कम जगह में एक साथ कई फसलें तैयार की जा सकती हैं।

    2. इसमें अलग-अलग आकार के पौधों का इस्तेमाल होता है।

    3. बहुमंजिला खेती में ऊपरी भाग से गिरते हुए सूखे फल-फूल, पत्तियां और छाल खाद का काम करती हैं।

    4. केवल गोबर की खाद का प्रयोग होता है।

कैसे काम करती है बहुमंजिला खेती
बहुमंजिला खेती में मल्टीक्रॉपिंग का उपयोग किया जाता है जिसमें अलग-अलग कतार में अलग-अलग ऊंचाई की फसलें लगाई जाती है। इस खेती में ज़मीन के भीतर सबसे पहले हल्दी, अदरक, मूंगफली, ज़मीन की सतह पर टमाटर, भिंडी, मेथी पालक, थोड़ी अधिक ऊंचाई पर बाजरा, सरसों, तुवेर, उससे अधिक ऊंचाई पर नींबू, पपीता, केला और इसके बाद आम, कटहल, आंवला तथा अंत में शीशम, सागवान वगैरह के पेड़ आसानी से लगा सकते हैं।

किसान भाइयों, भविष्य की खेती कैसी होगी इसका अंदाजा आप आजकल बड़े शहरों में हो रही – शहरी खेती यानी अर्बन फार्मिंग से आसानी से लगा सकते हैं। इसके लिए केवल कुछ जगह और बिजली की ही ज़रूरत होती है। घर की छत पर यह खेती आसानी से की जा सकती है, और जरूरी सामान भी आसपास से ही मिल जाता है।
