बजट 2020 में, वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने गांव, कृषि और किसानों को लेकर 16 सूत्रीय फॉर्मूला पेश किया है। आगे पढ़ें सारी जानकारी तफसील से….

 किसान कल्याण के लिए 16 महत्वपूर्ण योजनाएँ

1. साल 2022 तक किसानों की आय को दोगुना करना। 11 करोड़ किसानों को फसल बीमा योजना से जोड़ा जाएगा। 
2. सरकार कृषि पैदावार की मार्केटिंग और कॉन्ट्रैक्ट फार्मिंग को लागू करने वाले राज्यों को प्रोत्साहन प्रदान करेगी। 
3. पानी की किल्लत से जूझ रहे 100 जिलों के लिए जरूरी उपाय किए जाएंगे।  
4. बंजर जमीन में सौर बिजली इकाइयां लगाने और अधिशेष बिजली को बेचने में सहायता की जाएगी।
5. उर्वरकों के संतुलित इस्तेमाल को लेकर बढ़ावा दिया जाएगा। रासायनिक उर्वरकों के प्रयोग को कम करने को लेकर किसानों को जागरूक किया जाएगा।
6. देश में वेयर हाउस, और कोल्ड स्टोरेज को नबार्ड अपने अंडर में लेकर इन्हें नए तरीके से विकसित करेगा। नए वेयर हाउस, व कोल्ड स्टोरेज बनाने के लिए पीपीपी मॉडल अपनाया जाएगा। 
7. महिला किसानों के लिए धान्य लक्ष्मी योजना शुरु होगी। बीज से जुड़ी योजनाओं में महिलाओं को जोड़ा जाएगा, जिससे वे किसान विलेज स्टोरेज को बढ़ावा दे सकें। 
8. दूध, मांस और मछली जैसी चीजों को खराब होने से बचाने के लिए खास रेल चलाई जाएंगी। इन ट्रेनों में स्टोरेज का इंतज़ाम होगा। 
9. राष्ट्रीय और अंतराष्ट्रीय रूट पर कृषि विमान सेवा को शुरु किया जाएगा। इससे आदिवासी और नाॉर्थईस्ट स्थानों में कृषि उपज को बढ़ावा मिलेगा।
10. जीरो बजट नेचुरल फार्मिंग और इंटीग्रेटेड फार्मिंग सिस्टम को बढ़ावा दिया जाएगा। 
11. जैविक खेती के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन मार्केट को बढ़ाया जाएगा। 
12. ब्लू इकॉनोमी के जरिए मछली पालन को बढ़ावा दिया जाएगा। साल 2023 तक मछली उत्पादन को 200 लाख टन बढ़ाएंगे। मॉर्डन एग्रीकल्चर लैंड एक्ट को राज्य सरकारों द्वारा अमल करवाने पर जोर।
13. दीन दयाल योजना के तहत 58 लाख एसएचजी ( स्वयं सहायता समूह) को मजबूत बनाया जाएगा।
14. साल 2020-21  के लिए किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड योजना के तहत 15 लाख करोड़ का लक्ष्य।
15. पीएम कुसुम स्कीम के जरिए किसानों के पंप को सोलर पंप से जोड़ा जाएगा। इसमें 20 लाख किसानों को योजना से संबद्ध किया जाएगा। इसके अलावा, 15 लाख अन्य किसानों को ग्रिड कनेक्टेड पंप दिए जाएंगे।
16. चारागाह को मनरेगा के साथ जोड़कर विकास कार्य को आगे बढ़ाया जाएगा।

16 important schemes for farmer welfare

1. Doubling farmers’ income by 2022. 11 crore farmers will be linked to crop insurance scheme.
2. The government will provide incentives to the states implementing agricultural produce marketing and contract farming.
3. Necessary measures will be taken for 100 districts facing water scarcity.
4. Assistance will be provided in setting up solar power units in a barren land and selling surplus electricity.
5. A balanced use of fertilizers will be encouraged. Farmers will be made aware to reduce the use of chemical fertilizers.
6. NABARD will develop them in a new way by taking warehouses, and cold storage under its fold in the country. The PPP model will be adopted to create new warehouses and cold storage.
7. Dhanya Laxmi Yojana will be started for women farmers. Women will be added to seed-linked schemes so that they can promote farmer village storage.
8. Special trains will be run to avoid spoilage of things like milk, meat, and fish. These trains will have storage.
9. Agricultural aviation will be started on national and international routes. This will boost agricultural produce in tribal and northeastern places.
10. Zero Budget Natural Farming and Integrated Farming System will be promoted.
11. The online market will be increased through organic farming.
12. Fisheries will be promoted through the Blue Economy. By 2023, fish production will be increased to 200 lakh tons. Emphasis on implementation of the Modern Agriculture Land Act by state governments.
13. 58 lakh SHGs (Self Help Groups) will be strengthened under Deen Dayal Yojana.
14. A target of 15 lakh crores under the Kisan Credit Card Scheme for the year 2020-21.
15. Farmers’ pumps will be connected to solar pumps through PM Kusum scheme. In this, 20 lakh farmers will be associated with the scheme. In addition, 15 lakh other farmers will be given grid-connected pumps.
16. Development work will be carried forward by linking pasture with MNREGA.
