कोरोना वायरस की महामारी के बीच किसानों की भलाई सुनिश्चित करने के लिए राज्य सरकार प्रतिबद्ध है। इस लॉकडाउन के दौरान रबी फसलों की कटाई और भंडारण के लिए किसानों को राज्य सरकार द्वारा विशेष सुविधाएं प्रदान की गई है।
सरकार ने इस कठिन समय के दौरान किसानों और उनके परिवारों की, इन योजनाओं के माध्यम से वित्तीय सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित की है:
1 – कोरोना लॉकडाउन के दौरान किसानों को राहत देते हुए सरकार ने खेती से जुड़े कामों और उर्वरकों की दुकानों को छूट दी है।
2 – खेत मालिक फसलों की कटाई की मशीन, गाहने की मशीन और संबंधित उपकरणों का परिवहन कर सकते है।
3 – किसान भंडारण के लिए कटी हुई फसलों को गोदामों या घरों में स्थानांतरित कर सकते है।
4 – वे अपनी बागवानी फसलों की सिंचाई के लिए खेत में जा सकते है और जिन किसानों को रात के समय बिजली की आपूर्ति होती है, वे सिंचाई के लिए रात में भी अपने खेतों में जा सकते है।
राज्य सरकार ने वंचित विद्यार्थियों के लिए भी सहायता जारी की है:
1 – आश्रम शालाओं, छात्रावासों और बाल संरक्षण घरों में 3.25 लाख से अधिक बच्चों के लिए ₹ 50 करोड़ की सहायता कि घोषणा की गई है।
2 – एसटी, एससी, ओबीसी और अन्य अनारक्षित वर्ग के बच्चों को इससे लाभ होगा।
3 – दिव्यांग छात्रावासों और बाल संरक्षण घरों में रहने वाले लगभग 11,000 बच्चों को ₹1500 प्रदान किए जाएंगे।
4 – आश्रम शालाओं और निवासी शालाओं में रहने वाले बच्चों को, प्रति छात्र ₹1500 प्रदान किए जाएंगे।
5 – अप्रैल के महीने के लिए जो बच्चे अपने घरों को लौट आए हैं उनके खाने का बिल उनके माता-पिता के बैंक खाते में जमा किया जाएगा।
इसके पीछे सरकार का उद्देश्य है, किसानों की मुश्किलों को दूर करना और देश में खाद्यान्न की पर्याप्त उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करना।

The state government is committed to ensuring the well being of farmers amid the epidemic of corona virus. During this lock down, farmers have been provided special facilities by the state government for harvesting and storing rabi crops.
The government has ensured the financial security of farmers and their families during these difficult times through these schemes:
1 -The government has given exemptions to farming related work and fertilizer shops while providing relief to the farmers during lockdown.
2 – Farm owners can transport harvesting machines, threshing machines and related equipment.
3 – Farmers can transfer harvested crops to godowns or houses for storage.
4 – They can go to the field for irrigation of their horticultural crops and farmers who have electricity supply during the night, they can also visit their fields at night for irrigation.
The state government has also released assistance for deprived students.
6 – Assistance of ₹ 50 crores has been announced for more than 3.25 lakh children in ashram schools, hostels and child protection homes.
7 – Children of ST, SC, OBC and other unreserved category will benefit from it.
8 – ₹ 1500 will be provided to approximately 11,000 children living in Divyang hostels and child protection homes.
9 – Children living in ashram schools and resident schools will be provided ₹ 1500 per student.
10 – Children who have returned to their homes for the month of April will have their food bills deposited in their parents’ bank account.
